We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was simply perfect, with the beach just a short walk away, allowing us to take long walks along the shore. The neighborhood was also fantastic, with some amazing local restaurants where we enjoyed delicious meals. The staff here were incredibly helpful and courteous, going above and beyond to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. We were impressed by the range of amenities in our room, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The free toiletries and in-room safe were also a nice touch. The hotel also had a swimming pool and jacuzzi, providing us with plenty of opportunities to relax and unwind. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this place to our family and friends.

Suites excellent re size and comfort, staff very attentive and friendly. Plenty of shops, banks and restaurants around. Quiet and relaxing place to stay.

Kitchenette has hot plate nor water kettle, oven dishes provided too large for microwave. With so many tv channels to choose from a list would be handy. Breakfast minimal for such a nice hotel.

Good variety at breakfast. This hotel was close to such tourist places as iglesia stella maris. We think we do recommend to anyone. Even the Carrasco International airport was not so far.

The hotel was very comfortable and larger than expected. The staff was lovely and served us breakfast every morning. The neighborhood was great with good access to restaurants and shops.

The fixtures in the room showed some corrosion, possibly due to the proximity to the beach. The bus service to the city was good, but the hotel is a bit far from the city center.

Close to the beach, great shopping in the 2 block area, excellent breakfast buffet and next to a great restaurant around the corner, the reception people spoke and understood English, quiet street traffic, very well maintained.

The hotel's location in this area was impeccable, as I was able to take long walks to the beach and visit some amazing local restaurants nearby. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, with a fantastic swimming pool and jacuzzi that truly offered relaxing moments. Finally, the staff was incredibly helpful and courteous, ensuring that my stay was as enjoyable as possible.

Location and courteous staff as well as spacious rooms

Very beautiful place located in a surprising "village" between the Montevideo airport and downtown. Excelent staff! Attendant people very very much interested and educated. Recomended for who is looking for comfort and a very peaceful neighbourd (Carrasco) with markets, good restaurants and short distance from beach, but don't bother to be 20-30 min (by car or taxi - USD15-25) from downtown (there is also good availability of bus services). Easy to contract tours in the reception.

Some little things that should not happen in a 4-star hotel, but didn't compromised the well-being there, such as leaking in bethroom and torn curtain. But no big deal...

Fantastic location, close to the beach and everything. Useful kichinet for meals in room. Cleanliness and proximity to restaurants. Charming looks in lobby.

It was all superb.

The service and the pool. Safe, relaxed neighbourhood with restaurants and shops.

Very clean and comfortable suite with kitchenette, and balcony for smokers. We had a ground floor room so easy access and traffic noise was not a problem although I thought it might be.

TV sound was almost unintelligible - something was wrong.

We had a lovely romantic escape in a charming boutique hotel. The breakfast was delightful and we enjoyed the variety of foods offered. The location was perfect, in an upscale suburb with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. We also loved how close the hotel was to the beach.

The noise level at night was higher than we expected, making it difficult to sleep. while the room was cozy and well-decorated, it felt a bit cramped with limited space to move around.

Breakfast

fungus in the shower, air conditioning did not work, air filter dirty clearly to the eye, we woke up with alergies, hair drier did not work. Only one set of towel, we were at a suite. Wifi did not work, we called reception they could not tell what was wrong.

asked for a quiet room, got one on the ground floor and the staff did hold the morning meeting in front of our door at 6.45 am. did not excuse or tried to help after the complain. left after one night.
